Dave has a Masters in Management, Bachelor of Communication (Media/Multimedia Production), Graduate Certificate in Community Counselling, Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Certificate IV Training & Assessment. As part of his graduate degree to become a registered counsellor he trained in the identification and treatment of a range of mental illnesses. He is a counsellor registered with PACFA and has worked as a counsellor at Menslink in Canberra providing mental health services for males aged 10-25 (some of whom are court ordered), and the broader population in private practice.
Nicole is a consultant currently working with the Nossal Institute for Global Health, University of Melbourne in the broad fields of international development, public health and education. She has over 25 years experience with Victoria Police in the areas of gender based violence and mental health and coordinated the Victoria Police Mental Health First Aid program for a number of years. She has completed tertiary studies in psychology (BA, Psych) and education (MA Ed) and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Fred is a principal master instructor and has worked in both the areas of public and community service in mediation, restorative justice, counselling, mental health & conflict coaching for more than 30 years. He has assisted individuals & groups either in face to face situations or in the training area.
For over 25 years Jackie has been involved in the health area, with training experience in a wide variety of industries including, University lecturing,emergency management, sports medicine, health promotion, road safety and “physical” first aid. Jackie has delivered courses to a wide variety of people and organisations, including; local & state government, non-government & not-for profits, frontline managers, executives, mine site workers & trades people, school teachers & students, senior citizens & sporting clubs.
