If you have any child safety concerns or witness any inappropriate behavior by our staff, volunteers, or contractors, we encourage you to report it promptly.
We are committed to maintaining a child-safe environment at Augmenting Workplaces and ensuring the well-being of all children and young people associated with our organization. We adopt a zero-tolerance approach towards child abuse and neglect, especially in relation to our services and programs. Every member of our staff, volunteers, businesses, and organisations collaborating with us play a pivotal role in creating a community where everyone feels confident, empowered, and supported to address child safety concerns.

  1. If a child is in immediate danger, please call emergency services on 000 without delay.
  2. For non-emergency situations, you can report your concerns or disclosures about a child or young person to the appropriate state or territory child protection agency (See Report To Child Protection Agencies below).
  3. Incidents involving suspected sexual abuse, including grooming, should be reported to the police and/or Child Protection as soon as possible.
  4. All other child safety incidents should be reported to Child Protection, as appropriate (see Report To Child Protection Agencies below).

Rest assured that all reports will be treated confidentially, and the incident will be recorded and securely stored to protect privacy. We take every report seriously and are dedicated to creating a safe environment for everyone involved with Augmenting Workplaces. Concerns about Inappropriate Behavior:
In addition to reporting the matter to the relevant authorities as mentioned above, if you have concerns about the inappropriate behavior of any Augmenting Workplaces staff member, volunteer, or contractor, please report your concerns to the director: training@augmentingworkplaces.com
